Stretch Therapy
This 30-minute session is designed to help improve mobility and eliminate stiffness through targeted soft tissue work and active stretching.
Biomechanical Taping
Our biomechanical taping applications are designed to help improve faulty movement patterns and to improve load tolerance in injured/painful joints and muscles.
Sports Physicals
The required pre-participation sports physical for student athletes in the state of Texas. Please be sure to bring any forms or documents provided by your school/school district.
Dry Needling
Muscles sometimes develop knotted areas called trigger points. These trigger points are highly sensitive and can be painful when touched. They are also often the cause of referred pain (or pain that affects another part of the body). With Dry Needling, thin solid needles are pushed through the skin into trigger points to alleviate pain and improve range of motion.
Acoustic Wave Therapy
Acoustic Wave Therapy (AWT) is a mechanical stimulation that uses sound waves to encourage natural healing processes in the body. By using specific ranges of frequency, energy, and pressure, we treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.

FAQ
Most frequent questions and answers
Although we do not take insurance in the traditional sense, you have the opportunity to submit your expenses to your insurance carrier. Patients are asked to pay the fee for their treatment at the time the service is provided. We will provide you with a detailed receipt of your treatment, called a superbill. You are able to submit this superbill for consideration by your insurance carrier. You may receive repayment for your expenses, although that is not guaranteed. You may also be eligible to have it applied to any deductible you may have. This all depends on your insurance policy
Fees for our service depend on what level of care is required. However, all of our prices are available by clicking any of the “Book Appointment” buttons. No surprise bills ever!
The length of each visit is dependent upon the level of treatment that you need. Visits requiring treatment and exercise range from 30-60 minutes, but you will be advised by Dr. Riddle prior to each visit. Our wellness visits typically last approximately 15 minutes.
As far as the number of treatments, Dr. Riddle is committed to providing the best and most efficient care possible. We want to help you get back to 100% as quickly as possible. NO EXPENSIVE, LONGTERM PLANS!
Patients experiencing significant levels of pain, injury or musculoskeletal problems usually require more attention and treatment to get past their current complaints. These visits include all treatment that Dr. Riddle deems necessary to assist you; including but no limited to chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue, taping, dry needling, etc. These visits can last 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the level of treatment you need, as determined by your New Patient Examination.
Our wellness visits are typically reserved for patients that aren’t really having any pain, but would like to have a check up, basic soft tissue and chiropractic manipulation. New wellness patients will go through a brief history and wellness examination.
A general rule of thumb is that if you have pain or an injury, you will need a 30 or 60 minute visit. Patients without pain can utilize our wellness treatments.
